High Income Sales - 6 figure Potential 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Normal working hours.  No more weekends. Monday thru Friday.  Become a Mortgage Loan Consultant.  We supply the leads.  You will be responsible for contact and solicitation of prospective mortgage leads in accordance with First Federal Bank’s best practices and established goals.  If you are competitive, forward thinking, fast paced, and love to make money for that new car or lake house we need to talk.  This is all about you and your determination to win.  The incumbent will take complete 1003 loan applications, collect financial and personal data from borrowers and assist with follow-up in the processing of approved loans.  Will cross sell all available services to borrowers.  Will be responsible for the promotion and delivery of quality internal and external customer service.     
 
Requirements/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED and/or
• Prior experience in a sales capacity or customer service
• Ability to use computer based programs
• Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information
• Good PC /keyboard skills
• General math aptitude
