Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
First Federal Bank of Kansas City is seeking a New Home Construction Loan Representative to assist in all areas of the Construction Lending department. The Construction Loan Representative will maintain department and loan files, prepare releases, and maintain quality control. The incumbent will process draws on the construction loans, performing due diligence functions on draws and reconciling all applicable bills and checks. Assists processors and closers as necessary.

Requirements/Skills:

• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or one to three years of related experience and/or training
• Ability to use computer based programs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret operating and procedure manuals, contracts and surveys
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information
• Basic word processing/typing/keyboard skills
• Ability to apply basic math concepts
