MORTGAGE LOAN SPECIALIST

Mortgage Loan experience needed to review and research/investigate problem loans. Counsel home owners to resolve delinquency to prevent foreclosure whenever possible. You will order property inspections and in-house appraisals on delinquent or foreclosure loans. We need a forward thinking, analytical person that enjoys solving complex problems. Fast paced, multi-dimensional analytical problem solving is needed.

Requirements/Skills:

• High School diploma or GED
• One year of mortgage loan experience
• One year of phone collections is a plus
• Computer/word processing and spreadsheet experience
• Must possess high level of interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy
• Basic understanding of the mortgage process and loan documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information
• General math aptitude
