SUMMARY
Provides quality internal and external customer service on mortgage and consumer loans. Works daily on the core banking system which will include maintaining data fields on loan accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for promotion and delivery of quality internal and external customer service.
Answers customer inquiries via ACD phone lines.
Prepares and delivers payoff statements.
Processes payoff transactions on the core banking system.
Monthly and/or daily reporting to investors. Balances investor custodial accounts as required.
Serves as a back-up to the taxes and insurance representative which will include processing insurance mail and tax payment assistance.
Prepares and files Release Deeds on closed loans with the appropriate county either via mail or e-filing.
Prepares paid off files to be moved on an annual basis from the loan vault to off-site storage. Maintains inventory list of all loans stored off-site. Works with off-site vendor as necessary to obtain and return boxes.
Obtains final documents and title policies on new loan files from closing agents. Distributes appropriate final documents to investors as required.
Does necessary follow up work to prepare file for permanent file (i.e.), checks title policies, images, does quality control checks on file documents.
Provides support to banking centers on share loan accounts.
Completes follow up documentation on loan files transferred to a sub-servicer.
Maintains and completes monthly reports.
Distributes and processes mail

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training in a financial institution, with knowledge in loan functions.
